Mathematical applications from basic algebra through differential equations
I am seeking to develop teaching materials (homework assignments, class projects) for mathematics at Normandale Community College in Bloomington. I would like to meet with local professionals, especially in biosciences and economics/finance, who routinely apply quantitative, mathematical, or statistical analysis in their work to discuss mathematical problems they have had to solve on the job. I will share any materials I develop with others throughout MnSCU and other colleges. (This is part of a sabbatical project.) |  |
